We are seeking a Product Manager for the BMS portfolio for mid-market (small to medium-sized buildings) in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). You will report to the Director of Product Management for EMEA and support sales by generating market demand, increasing brand recognition, supporting market launches, and driving VoC activities to evolve the product to meet customer needs. How you will do it Promote the benefits and value proposition of the portfolio to partners, analysts, and consultants to generate demand. Support strategy development by gathering necessary data and contributing to sales and marketing plans. Assist in executing product launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams, and help create training materials, feature guides, and FAQs. Provide basic application information for collateral development and establish industry contacts. Support customer relationship management and gather VoC data and insights. Analyze market trends and competitors, maintain a competitive database, and support legacy products. Lead Go-to-Market activities in collaboration with sales teams for the EMEA region. Work with engineering to design solutions for new or evolving products. Partner with procurement to manage suppliers, inventory, and costs. What we look for Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent; MBA or graduate degree preferred. 5 years in Product Management, Sales, or Marketing within European markets. Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial indicators (ROI, IRR, NPV), and business models. Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills. Knowledge of key industries and applications supported by our products. Understanding of value pricing and capture models. Willingness to travel 20%-30%.
