PpbSoilmec SpA is seeking: /b /p h3NORTH ITALY SALES MANAGER /h3 pThe candidate will be responsible for managing direct and indirect sales within the assigned geographical area, with the goal of achieving the targets set by the Sales Management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Sales Department in defining commercial policies and actions to develop the target market. /li liDevelop the sales budget in coordination with the Sales Management. /li liConduct competitive analysis and evaluate sales initiatives. /li liDirectly manage the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability objectives. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customers, constantly monitoring their satisfaction, including through regular visits. /li liIdentify new customers through any available channel, implementing promotional and incentive programs. /li liPerform periodic checks on invoice status and payments received, as well as on the progress of sales initiatives in the assigned area. /li liMonitor critical customer solvency situations, defining credit limits within the assigned thresholds. /li liIdentify and develop new dealers in the assigned area. /li liSupport product range planning by identifying product development/modification needs within the assigned area. /li liDefine and verify pricing policies in the assigned area. /li liParticipate in the organization of industry trade fairs relevant to our products. /li liPrepare travel reports and submit them to company management. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree (a technical degree is a plus). /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial machinery and/or earthmoving equipment sector. /li liKnowledge of commercial contracts and common international payment methods is preferred. /li liWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. /li liGood command of the English language. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office. /li liExcellent listening and communication skills. /li liStrong contextual analysis and problem‑solving abilities. /li /ul pTrevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
