We’re recruiting a Business Development Specialist (Business‑Level Italian Speaker) to join a fast‑growing, ambitious sales team within a globally recognised travel and experiences brand. You’ll be working at the heart of an evolving sales organisation, influencing strategy while delivering outstanding results.
What you’ll be doing
* Making high‑volume outbound sales calls in Italian to engage potential business clients
* Testing, refining and improving sales pitches and approaches
* Feeding back on what resonates with Italian‑speaking markets to shape sales strategy
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams
* Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records in Salesforce
* Contributing creative ideas to improve sales initiatives
* Adapting quickly in a fast‑moving, changeable environment
What we’re looking for
* Business‑level fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – essential
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or a similar role
* A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Confidence with frequent outbound calling and strong time‑management skills
* Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
