Principal Responsibilities
* Brand marketing plan development and implementation, including action plan and associated marketing budget (for life-cycle management of mature products and pre-launch and launch of new ones).
* Set up and implementation of new promotional, communication and educational campaigns, keeping relationships with external agencies and internal departments, in order to provide the sales force with the necessary training and tools.
* Active communication with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, in order to better understand needs, issues and opportunities.
* Preparation and active participate in workshops, congresses, scientific sessions, focus groups, advisory boards and other company events at national and international level.
* Market monitoring to identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats.
* Interactions with HQ Marketing Team for the implementation of the global marketing strategies and tactics in local markets and for the fulfillment of periodic reports and specific requests.
* Train and liaise with sales force, providing support and following up on strategy implementation.
* Collaboration to sales forecasts and performance review, both at Regional and Country level.
* Control of Marketing OpEx to ensure ROI of Marketing activities, in line with Regional targets.
* Requirements
* Business or Scientific Degree.
* Solid marketing experience acquired in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, coupled with strong scientific orientation.
* Prior product launch experience highly preferred, and allergy / immunology / respiratory disease experience a definite advantage.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Italian.
* Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry.
* Attitude for teamwork, brainstorming, challenging environment, entrepreneurship, and international contacts.
* Highly adaptable and learning agility.
* Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, and initiative.
* Ability to bring new ideas and suggestions.
