The collaborative environment will offer you opportunities for professional and personal development, knowledge sharing, achieving ambitious results, and making a significant impact to Novonesis business and to the Italian dairy industry as a whole.**In this role you’ll make an impact by:*** Coordinating all aspects of customer relationships and interactions: sales, technical, innovation, quality, etc., both internally and externally.* Providing sales and technical support to your customers.* Analyzing and mapping the market to identify trends and opportunities.* Developing new business opportunities and negotiating terms and conditions of sale.* Managing the planning and implementation of activities and ensuring the achievement of set goals.* Sharing knowledge and ideas, participating in group projects, and collaborating with colleagues on various initiatives, both locally and internationally.* Interacting with external professional networks, such as technical institutes, industry schools, or dairy industry organizations, to build connections and stay informed about industry developments.**To succeed you must hold:*** Solid technical expertise in dairy technologies, particularly in the production of cheese and fermented products, with qualifications such as a degree in food technology or equivalent.* Significant professional experience in the dairy industry (5+ years), in production, research & development, quality management, and similar roles, preferably involving the use of bacteria cultures and/or enzymes.* Native Italian and fluent English (B2 level or higher)* Will to learn and improve continuously, motivated by new challenges and look-forward attitude* Strong team player, naturally inclined to provide support to others and to ask for help.**Please note: This is a remote position.
