Job Description

Sit in the heart of Assago (MI) and drive new business opportunities for our prestigious clients. As a key member of the account management team, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring profitable client engagements.


Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new clients (business development).
* Manage and grow revenue from assigned existing client portfolio.
* Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and maintain corporate margin.
* Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.
* Monitor market trends and spot new business opportunities.
* Support partners in commercial development.


Qualifications

* 5‑10 years of experience in consulting or system integration (excluding software vendor or corporate roles).
* Experience in at least one of the following sectors: retail, fashion, manufacturing, automotive.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Client‑focused, consultative approach with strong problem‑solving ability.
* Proactive, autonomous, and team‑oriented.
* University degree required.
* Willingness to travel.
* English proficiency (written and spoken) at least B2 level.
