About the Job:
* Account Development: Drive the growth of assigned accounts through quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans, ensuring alignment with other channels.
* e-Commerce Landscape Management: Strategically develop and manage the e-commerce landscape, aligning strategies with other channels where the company is active.
* Customer Support: Provide daily support to the Online South Head and help drive cluster growth with assigned customers.
* Sales Growth: Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales growth on Amazon, driving overall performance.
* Platform Development: Develop Amazon and E-tail B2B platforms, preparing consolidated business reporting for direct managers and leadership teams.
* KPI Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor sales and marketing KPIs, identifying potential threats to the business and implementing corrective measures.
* Marketing Campaigns: Support deployed ADV campaigns, facilitating customization to achieve business goals.
* Product Launches: Successfully implement new product launches, coordinating local campaigns with stakeholders.
* Sustainable Planning: Work closely with the EU organization to develop sustainable yearly sales and marketing plans.
* Quarterly Planning: Support quarterly planning, including presentations, data, KPIs, funds, and more.
* Marketing Activities: Collaborate with the Amazon Customer Marketing Manager to secure effective implementation of marketing activities.
* Best Practices: Share best practices throughout the South Cluster and EU organization.
* Team Member: Act as an active team member and brand ambassador.
About You:
* Experience: Bring extensive account and marketing experience, ideally in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.
* E-Commerce Knowledge: Possess comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market and online sales processes.
* Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented skills.
* Presentation and Negotiation: Show solid presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with key partners.
* Financial Acumen: Have strong financial acumen.
* Marketing Concepts: Be knowledgeable about a range of marketing concepts and KPIs.
* Project Management: Demonstrate the ability to drive, track, and deliver projects and marketing initiatives.
* Software Skills: Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.
* Languages: Proficiency in English written and spoken, Spanish a plus.
