Based in Milan or Bologna, Italy, this role will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategies that drive long‑term, sustainable growth. You will join a dynamic team of eight Product Managers, working collaboratively to shape the future of our emergency lighting portfolio. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDefine and implement a global strategic direction for the assigned product portfolio, aligned with Eaton’s overall business strategy and growth objectives. /liliManage the full product lifecycle—from development to obsolescence and aftermarket support. Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) development in collaboration with Project Managers through the ProLaunch process. Support and validate country‑level sales strategies for NPIs, focusing on margin improvement and leveraging unique selling propositions. /liliTrain and develop internal stakeholders and external customers/partners. Conduct regular Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify market trends and enhance user experience. /liliMonitor competitors and emerging technologies; stay current on new products, solutions, and services. /liliCollaborate with certification bodies to anticipate and influence product standards. /liliProvide support to the sales team for specific project requests. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the lighting industry, ideally in the Emergency Lighting sector. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliTechnical Expertise: Strong knowledge of product management, especially in Emergency Lighting. Experience managing Life Safety electrical products throughout their lifecycle.
