In this role you will own the EV charging portfolio globally, turning technical capabilities into customer value and shaping market strategy. You will collaborate across Product, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Service and Global Markets to drive go-to-market success. You will define positioning, drive launches, and gather market insights to influence product direction. This is a dynamic, international role at a company pursuing growth, digital transformation and sustainability, offering a clear impact on customer outcomes and market win rates.

Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for charging solutions, including high-power and regulated market considerations
Develop cohesive positioning across AC/DC ranges and platform, delivering a unified customer story
Create differentiated value propositions for key segments and maintain competitive intelligence materials
Own portfolio performance, identify whitespace, and translate customer needs into product requirements for R&D
Lead end-to-end product launches with messaging, packaging, pricing inputs and enablement assets
Build strong relationships with markets and strategic customers; capture insights through visits and workshops
Coordinate with service/operations to ensure delivery promises align with reality
Responsabilità
3–5 years in Product Marketing / Solution Marketing / Product Management in B2B tech or energy/industrial environments
Strong familiarity with EV charging dynamics, ideally xjrgpwk DC fast charging
Proven ability to lead global go-to-market programs and enable sales in complex cycles
Experience with regulated markets and compliance-driven requirements
Understanding of charging operations and digital layers (monitoring, backend integration, service models)
Ability to work with technical teams while maintaining a commercial mindset
