As an Administrative and Commercial Support professional, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and smooth coordination across administrative, commercial and operational activities.
You will be responsible for managing documentation, invoicing processes and internal workflows, as well as supporting the planning and coordination of events and marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable individual, with strong operational awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes and the successful delivery of events and commercial activities, contributing to the overall effectiveness and professional image of the organization.Role and ResponsabilitiesDrafting, managing and filing of transport documents, sales invoices and other administrative paperworkSupporting the administrative and sales teams to ensure processes are carried out correctlyBooking and managing hotels, restaurants and event venues in accordance with agreed guidelinesOrganizing and updating the events calendar and related activitiesPlanning, managing and placing orders for marketing and promotional materialsQualifications and Education RequirementsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of the main invoicing and document management toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of EnglishProblem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
