Customer Service Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring their success, and providing exceptional service.
- Manage allocated key accounts and regions.
- Interfacing with Supply Chain and Engineering to coordinate shipments.
- Coordinating service/goods Inwards to return material for repair or restock.
- Entering customer data, agreements, return authorizations, training registrations, sales orders, and invoices.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Key Qualifications:
- A commercial apprenticeship degree.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and preferably SAP.
- Previous experience working with customers.
