Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team, with the option to work remotely or from our Pordenone, Italy office.
Job Description
* Stay current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including product and service support.
* Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, establishing rapport through product and service offerings.
* Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality assurance.
* Provide customer information through presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
* Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.
* Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
* Assist team members in achieving KPIs and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
* Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and their applications.
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
* Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
* Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
