Job Title: Business Development Manager
This role is focused on driving growth through capturing new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and account receivable collections on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
* Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and account receivable collections on time
* Align annual sales targets with customers, monitor performance month over month
Requirements:
* Bachelor or master's degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
* Good understanding of the distribution PV market
* At least 3 years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
* Experience working for multinational companies, global mindset
Preferred Skills:
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Able to influence different customer levels from procurement team to C-suite
* Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and team player
