We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage and support agents & distributors in Italy, driving product sales and achieving annual targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
About the Role:
* Manage relationships with key accounts and distributors to maximize sales potential and drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with regional teams to develop localized sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and support regional growth.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, providing actionable insights to inform sales decisions.
* Analyze market trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities, driving brand awareness and sales.
* Monitor sell-in/sell-out data, providing accurate sales forecasts and recommendations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless execution.
Your Background:
* A proven track record in sales management, preferably in consumer products or IoT sectors.
* Experience in developing business pipelines, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in Italy.
* Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners is an advantage.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
