OverviewRandstad Italia s.p.a., filiale di Catania, is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a professional client's payroll team.Employment type: Permanent, with salary and benefits commensurate with experience.Location: Catania (Italy) – Working hours: Full‐time, split schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00‐13:00 and 15:30‐19:30.Responsibilities
Full autonomy in managing the payroll processing cycle.Study and apply labour and social security legislation.Handle monthly and annual personnel compliance matters.Provide consultant and customer support regarding personnel administration.
Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.Excellent and consolidated knowledge of the Ranocchi payroll software.Strong grasp of employment and pension regulations.No professional licence required.
