Schedule:

Model: 100% in-person
Contract: An indefinite-term contract subject to a 60-day probationary period

Role: Sales Agent (self-storage sector)

Required Languages:
- Italian as a mother tongue (level C2) + fluent English (level C1);
- Spanish desirable but not mandatory

Work Location:
- Milan: you will be placed to work in one of these stores located in Piazza Firenze/Sempione, Linate/Fantoli, Rogoredo, Corsico, and Certosa.
- However, you must be available to travel occasionally to work in any of the stores located in Milan
- This does not happen frequently; it is usually to cover absenteeism, sick leave, holidays, etc., but you must be available anyway.
- Having your own car is not mandatory for this role

Paid Training:
- In-person at the store located in Certosa
- From Monday to Friday, during regular business hours (full-time, even for those who choose to work part-time)
- Expected to last about two weeks
.
Work Schedule:
.
FULL-TIME (40h per week)
- vacancies at Piazza Firenze / Sempione, Certosa, Linate/Fantoli, and Rogoredo
- Monday to Saturday rotating shifts
- Monday to Friday: between 9 am and 6 pm; or 10 am and 7 pm
- Saturdays: from 9 am to 2 pm
- Days off: Sundays + 1 rotating day during the week (2 Saturdays off per month)
- On weeks when Saturdays are worked, the shift ends 1 hour earlier during the weekdays to compensate
- Holidays: Always closed

Main Responsibilities:
- Support clients in person and by phone, helping them find the best solution for their needs
- Prospect clients, negotiate and close deals
- Manage customer relationships
- Identify potential clients, present products or services
- Provide administrative support and resolve challenges with a positive attitude
- Work as a team to ensure the best customer experience
- Meet sales targets (realistic and achievable goals)
- Manage the post-sales process to ensure customer loyalty
- Coordinate daily schedules and tasks, and ensure compliance with store policies and security
- Close service contracts, also being responsible for invoicing, managing collections and following up with other potential clients
- Maintain controlled inventory and stock and handle administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store.

Profile/Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct sales, retail (stores, showrooms, supermarkets, electronics, telecommunications, gyms, etc.), where direct customer contact is constant (MANDATORY)
- Strong sales profile, excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Passion for sales and motivation to achieve goals.
- Organization, proactivity, and a desire to grow in an expanding company.
- Team spirit and positive energy.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with sales and interacting with the public.
- Energy to interact with different types of clients daily.
- Experience in "cold selling" or active prospecting will be highly valued.
- Experience with contract management, invoicing, and administrative support is a plus.

Compensation:
FULL-TIME
- Fixed salary (before taxes): € 27,988 per year (paid in 12 months); € 2,332.33 per month
- Performance bonus (variable): up to € 2,000 / year, ; up to € 500 every 3 months
