Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Kitchen Department in Milan, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the quality of the food and the colleagues.
The Chef de Partie reports to the Executive Sous Chef.
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties
To work as part of a team in a constructive manner that enables the hotel to achieve the objective of being a market leader in the luxury hotel sectorTo maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance with the Executive ChefBe responsible for checking the quality of all food production in the kitchen and maintaining the highest standard achievableEnsure adherence to the hotel's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies at all timesPerform other duties as required by the department head from time to time
