Bartender – Hilton
A Bartender engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.
What will I be doing?
As a Bartender you will engage guests, receive and serve orders, manage the service area, and uphold Hilton's brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Receive orders and serve customer requests promptly.
Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.
Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.
Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience within a cocktail bar environment.
The ability to create classic cocktails.
Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts, especially on weekends.
Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

Chef de Partie – Casa Brera
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting aChef de partie.
Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the role will cover culinary tasks related to the F&B; production for any of our outlets.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The starting date is estimated in March.

What you'll do
Responsible for the assigned station under the supervision of the Sous Chef.
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
Assist in preparing orders, stock supplies and check inventories.
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you'll need

Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
