Operations Support Specialist – Temporary contract (2 weeks, June)
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support order processing activities on a temporary 2-week assignment in June. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely management of orders within internal systems, contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the receipt, validation and accurate entry of orders into internal systems in line with defined procedures and deadlines.
* Ensure continuous monitoring and updating of order status within company tools and platforms.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the correct flow of operational information.
* Handle updates, changes and adjustments related to order data when required.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across systems and processes.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and willingness to learn business management systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
* Previous experience in administrative, data entry or order management activities will be considered a plus.
* Proficiency in Italian and knowledge of English
