PReporting to the Director, Sales - Southern Europe, the position will work closely with the Internal Sales team and Technical Sales team to drive the overall Company business strategy. Develops and executes sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at Key customers within Region. /ppbr/ppESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS /ppManages customer activities within the defined Region, works in conjunction with the Internal Sales Representative and Technical Manager to increase sales of Rochester Electronics products and services to customers in accordance with agreed strategies and business plans. Identifies major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resources to grow the account base within Region. Manages the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentations, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing the deal. Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the region and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained on a daily basis.
