E-Commerce Operations Support Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and be able to apply that knowledge in a fast-paced environment. The E-commerce Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store, working closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Order processing and customer service tasks including managing returns and exchanges
\
2. Product listing management including uploading product images, descriptions, and pricing information
\
3. Updating website content and banners to ensure consistency across all platforms
\
4. Maintaining accurate stock levels and product performance data
\
5. Analyzing website and campaign performance using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement
\
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
\
7. Supporting the development and maintenance of product listings and website content
\
8. Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels
\
9. Contributing to the growth and success of our e-commerce platform
\
10. Assisting with special projects as needed
