Retribuzione / Benefits Own a portfolio of premium European OEM and enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and retention
Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate SparK Platform adoption
Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from proposal through to contract closure
Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers to enable executive access for MotorK leadership
Promote AI adoption within accounts by illustrating current and future value of the platform
Maintain an accurate, well-managed sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Responsabilità Proven enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in SaaS or automotive technology
Track record of winning and growing complex deals with C-level stakeholders
Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how enterprise buying decisions are made
Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to explore and experiment with AI tools
Native Italian and fluent English; additional European languages a plus
