Career Opportunities: FA Italy Territory Account Manager SIS (11340)
We are looking for an Italian Territory Account Manager reporting directly to the Italian Sales Director of Datalogic.
Role Mission
He / She will have the responsibility for Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) in a specific Area. The role will be in sales to Datalogic Partners and Direct Customers, End User with the main goal to successfully close projects and winning new ones.
Key Responsibilities
* After an appropriate training, full responsibility for selling, Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) products in the defined Italian sales area of Nord Italy;
* Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers;
* Building long-term relationships with current partners and promoting, Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) products to new ones;
* Achieve the sales targets for the defined sales territory;
* Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages;
* Manage the account plan, perform visits, manage Price Exceptions, manage Sales Forecast, sales monitoring and KPIs
* Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datalogic Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities;
* Participation in the development of sales strategies;
* Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises;
* Travel for 60% of time;
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or related field
* Languages: Italian: fluent both verbal and written; English (preferable but not mandatory)
* Experience: 3-5 Years of Experience in sales for Industrial Automation Products, preferrable Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS), sensors and safety, preferrable if he/she is coming from competitors.
Other Information & Specific Skills
* Negotiation and communication skills
* Some technical skills in sensors market
* Sales working experience of major industrial automation brands, including but not limited to Cognex, Banner, P&F, Leuze, IFM, Balluff, Wenglor, SICK, Keyence, etc.
* It can also have experience in sales in distributors for industrial automation products
* Experience in automation components market
