Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is in the Italian Alps, in the mountain village of Colere, offering a secluded alpine setting with access to major international gateways. Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away, Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is around 160 km from the property.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the GM and corporate F&B team to shape the dining vision, menus, and guest journey for all outlets.
Identify and secure partnerships with local suppliers, ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Onboard the F&B team, embedding KH's culture and standards through tailored training programs.
Implement systems and processes including POS systems, inventory controls, standard operating procedures, and compliance frameworks ahead of launch.
Support in setting initial budgets, menu pricing, and operational forecasts aligned with the hotel's financial targets.
Coordinate soft openings, test services, and refine the guest experience.
Manage daily F&B operations of the outlets, ensuring service excellence and adherence to Kerten Hospitality standards.
Manage catering to both hotel guests and daily ski visitors.
Develop exceptional menus, source quality products and implement continuous improvements.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous managerial experience in Restaurant, Food & Beverage operations, experience in a ski resort in Europe is highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Italian is a must.
Pre-Opening Experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and MS Office Suite.
Strategic, results‐driven leader with a strong eye for detail and operational efficiency.
