Act as the strategic point of reference for Enterprise and top-tier clients, guiding them across the entire lifecycle—from pre-sales with the sales team, to project launch, and ongoing monitoring of outcomes post go-live.Build and sustain long‐term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client goals and solutions.Oversee onboarding and project delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and measurable business impact.Proactively identify growth opportunities, driving upsells and renewals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Collect feedback and business insights from clients to provide actionable inputs for Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve solutions and processes.Prepare performance dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver impactful business reviews to demonstrate value and strengthen partnerships.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or client‐facing roles—ideally with Enterprise accounts.Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.Familiarity with CRM and sales support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion).A proactive, consultative mindset with a passion for delivering measurable client impact.Fluency in Italian and English; a legal background is a plus.
