Achieving sales objectives related to product quantity and market share through strategic analysis and influencing decision makers. Engaging in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team, and collaborating on marketing strategies with the Country Manager. Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program, focusing on sales revenue. Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. Additional responsibilities include: Consulting with end users, liaising with system integrators, and maintaining product knowledge among customers. Growing project pipeline and revenue with existing clients and acquiring new customers. Reporting weekly on sales activities and project status. Conducting customer audits, market segmentation, and positioning. Contributing ideas for marketing and product launches. Focusing on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting. Meeting all sales budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in business development or sales roles, especially in demanding environments. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to independently understand customer needs and develop commercial proposals. Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and Networking channels. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
