Ppis looking for a Business Developer that will contribute directly to the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping commercial strategies, and supporting the expansion of advanced technology products and services. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with highly skilled technical teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making and to projects with major European and international institutions. /p pIn this role, you will combine commercial insight, technical curiosity, and customer-focused thinking to help transform innovative solutions into concrete business results. /p pThis is an unique chance to contribute to the future of secure global navigation systems, working in a dynamic, international and innovative environment. /p h3What you’ll work on /h3 ul liContribution to the development of the services and products business, including the definition of the growth plan and sales strategy; /li liConduct market analysis and technical assessment of products and customer requirements; /li liDirect contact with clients and generation of new business opportunities; /li liSupport public relations activities and maintain contact with clients, partners, universities, and local institutions; /li liIdentification of tender responses in the Cybersecurity, Space, and Defence sectors, including satellite navigation and security services; /li liCoordination of preparation of bids, including contributions to technical, financial, and management aspects with the stakeholders; /li liSupport in the promotion and sale of high‑security and advanced‑technology products, such as GNSS receivers, simulators, and interference‑monitoring systems; /li liTechnical and engineering support for products and services, aligning requirements with market needs, monitoring quality, and interacting with clients. /li /ul h3What do you need /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following: Telecommunication, Aerospace, Software or Computer Science Engineering; /li liMore than 3 years of experience (from minimum of 3 years, to more than 15 years) in commercial or technical roles in high‑tech, aerospace, cybersecurity or research sectors; /li liStrong proficiency in a specialized vertical field related to your academic background (e.g., aerospace engineering, ICT, cybersecurity, telecommunications); /li liEligibility for National Security Clearance; /li liGood knowledge of written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Desired Knowledge Skills /h3 ul liExperience in tender and proposal preparation; /li liExperience in engineering services (telecom, software or space); /li liGood financial literacy, with the ability to interpret budgets and evaluate costs; /li liKnowledge in developing or contributing to Business Plans, including market assessment, value proposition definition and revenue modelling; /li liFamiliarity with Project Management principles, including planning, stakeholder coordination and tracking of deliverables. /li /ul pDo you feel you don't match 100% of the requirements?
