Milano, ItalySelection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer.For a well-established company with over 50 years of experience in supplying pumps for the industry in the Italian and international markets.The Technical Sales Engineer manages customer relationships from quotation to order completion and shipping, providing technical expertise and consultancy to resolve various issues and needs.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the entire order process from order placement to production supervision;Promote and sell the company's products effectively;Visit clients in Italy and abroad;Participate in Italian and international trade fairs;Contribute to the development and modification of new products;Collaborate with the purchasing department for order management;Engage in marketing and promotional activities;Provide tailored solutions to customer requests;Satisfy and build loyalty with clients.Requirements for the PositionTechnical diploma or degree in technical fields;At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pump, plant engineering, or hydraulics sector;Good knowledge of technical drawing;Proficiency in English and preferably a second language;Willingness to undertake short international trips of approximately 5-7 days per month.
