You will regularly visit Agenzia delle Entrate offices in person to file applications on clients' behalf. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.Administrative/fiscal background: Ideal for a practicing or trainee commercialista, CAF/patronato operator, or studio assistant — someone already comfortable with deleghe and Agenzia delle Entrate procedures. Having mastered relocation to Portugal and Spain, we're building our boots-on-the-ground operations in Italy, and we need a reliable local representative in Calabria.Your Role: What You'll DoYou’ll act as our clients' delegated representative (via procura speciale) to obtain their Codice Fiscale from the Agenzia delle Entrate.File CF applications in person: Attend Agenzia delle Entrate offices (Cosenza, Catanzaro, Crotone, Potenza…) as the delegated representative for clients who are not yet in Italy, submitting the AA4/8 and collecting the issued certificate. This is the core of the role.Handle remote (PEC) filings for the subset of clients already present in Italy.Manage procure & client documents with total integrity and full GDPR compliance.Help build the process: Work with our central Operations team to map bottlenecks and design faster workflows.
