As the Head Chef at Crazy Pizza, you will be the creative and operational leader of our kitchen. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of food production, from ingredient selection to final presentation. The Head Chef of Crazy Pizza is responsible for managing the resources of the kitchen and ensuring that the support systems, restaurant, and outdoor function operations are running effectively and within budget.
Manage kitchen costs and control spending to ensure the restaurant operates within budget while maximizing profitability.
Curate and continuously evolve a creative, authentic Italian menu that reflects Crazy Pizza’s brand—highlighting high-quality pizzas, fresh ingredients, and innovative, customer-driven dishes.
Supervise kitchen maintenance and equipment, ensuring timely repairs and efficient management of related expenses.
Oversee daily food and supply orders, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations.
Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared and presented in line with the restaurant’s quality standards and brand expectations.
Monitor and assess food quality throughout preparation and service, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, preferably within an Italian or Mediterranean cuisine restaurant
Expertise in Italian cuisine, particularly pizza-making techniques, and a passion for high-quality, authentic ingredients
Solid understanding of cost management, including food costing, inventory management, and waste control
Creative and innovative approach to menu development, keeping up with culinary trends and guest preferences.
