TXT e-Tech is looking for an AI & Simulation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to developing innovative software solutions for advanced training systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and integration of models based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with applications in simulated scenarios and synthetic environments.
Main responsibilities:
Data analysis and processing
Design and development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms
Model validation, optimization and tuning
Integration of software modules into training and simulation systems
Development of control models for entities to be integrated into synthetic environments
Testing activities, analysis and reporting of achieved results
Required technical skills:
Knowledge of Python programming language and related libraries such as NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib
Good knowledge of C++
Data preprocessing techniques
Management of complex datasets
Ability to tune and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
Knowledge of modern neural network architectures, including CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks), RNNs (Recurrent Neural Networks) and Transformers
Knowledge of DIS and HLA communication protocols would be an advantage.

The contract offered for this position is permanent, and the expected salary is between €28,000 and €33,000 gross per year.
The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
