Overview
Role focusing on simulation and structural analysis for mechanical components and systems within the Aero Engines / Gearboxes development programs. The selected candidate will be part of a team providing engineering support and will be involved in activities of simulation, analysis and structural calculation.
Responsibilities
* Perform FEM analysis (static, dynamic, thermal, etc.) on mechanical components and/or complex systems using tools such as ANSYS, HyperMesh.
* Develop macros and scripts to support pre-processing and post-processing activities.
* Possibly contribute in the turbomachinery domain and have basic experience with CAD tools (e.g., Siemens NX, Solid Edge).
* Collaborate with team members, communicate results, and support integration in ongoing programs.
Qualifications
* Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Meccanica / Aeronautica / Aerospaziale;
* experience in FEM analysis and simulation (academic experience acceptable) as listed above;
* strong English language skills;
