Sales Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the renewable energy market. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the distribution PV market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to execute sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Capture new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
* Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time.
Performance Monitoring:
* Align annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance month-over-month.
* Support marketing activities and communication to improve brand image.
* Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry.
* Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to influence different customer levels.
Personal Qualities:
* Positive, self-driven, diligent, and a team player attitude.
* Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice.
