The new property is set to become a new landmark of refined hospitality on the Sardinian coast. /ph3Main Purpose /h3pAs Director of Sales Marketing you will lead the sales strategy of the property, balancing revenue growth through account management, brand positioning and market presence. Working in close collaboration with the Proactive teams to support each step of the ‘enquiry life cycle’ when and if required. /ph3Reports to /h3pGeneral Manager and in dotted line to the Area Director of Sales, North Italy /ph3Main duties and responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the hotel through key account management and account development. /liliCultivate, maintain and leverage strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts and industry partners to support long-term business development. /liliResponsible for selling and negotiating on the phone and email. /liliOverall responsibility for the sales processes within the ‘Enquiry Life Cycle’, from the initial lead to handing over to the Event Services Team including the post event follow up. /liliMonitor hotel performance and propose corrective actions when needed, in collaboration with Revenue Management and general Manager. /liliCollaboration with Event Services Team to ensure weekly handover meetings take place of confirmed residential and room only leads. /liliResponsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve property budget. /liliUndertake all training relating to the role – selling, negotiating, site inspection and revenue training. /liliDrives the development of new and prospective markets /liliWorks in continuous collaboration with Group and Event Sales team to ensure the converting and managing of group business. /liliDemonstrate strong emotional intelligence by effectively managing diverse teams, navigating challenges, and supporting personal and professional growth. /liliDrive business development initiatives to ensure inquiry volumes remain high and continue to grow. /liliFoster cooperation within the team and with other departments to deliver service excellence. /liliDrive the SM team to achieve targets and objectives agreed with the Area Director of Sales. /li /ulh3We offer /h3ulliPermanent contract according to C.C.N.L.
