Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to manage our kitchen operations. As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Culinary Development: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and culinary trends.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Kitchen Logistics: Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a sous chef or chef
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong technical knowledge of cooking methods and preparation of dishes
* Good plating skills
