The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable energy and technology, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with installation partners, wholesalers, and automotive retailers. \r\n\r\n Develop and sustain strong relationships with installation and distribution partners, including installers, wholesalers, and car retailers. \r\n Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance market presence. \r\n Collaborate closely with the wider sales and customer support teams, ensuring all data is accurately captured in the CRM platform. \r\n Travel nationally to meet with clients and partners, with occasional travel to the London office. \r\n\r\n Previous experience in a business development, sales, or commercial role within EV Charging \r\n Experience in building partner networks with installers or distributors. \r\n Strong track record of managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets. \r\n Native-level fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English. \r\n Comfortable working independently within a remote, distributed team. \r\n Familiarity with CRM systems and collaboration tools (experience with Slack, Jira, Odoo is advantageous).
