You will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development, ensuring all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort. /p h3Sales Territory Management /h3 ul liDevelop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the assigned territories. /li liIdentify and prioritize high‑value opportunities within the region, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights to construct a measured, proactive approach to driving revenue performance. /li liWork closely with the Global Luxury and Lifestyle sales team, collaborating on account planning and sales activations to help drive revenue performance into the cluster hotels. /li liIdentify new business opportunities with selected agencies and companies, developing relationships to create new revenue streams and support our market share. /li liTravel to key markets to conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and events to build relationships and negotiate business on behalf of the cluster hotels. /li /ul h3Account Management /h3 ul liManage key relationships with existing accounts, focusing on luxury consortia agencies, travel advisors, and other high‑value partners. /li liAct as the primary liaison for all luxury consortia partners and agencies within the region, managing and developing relationships to drive revenue and enhance visibility of your hotel cluster. /li liRepresent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, Six Senses and Luxury Lifestyle road shows and other trade events. /li liProactively address client needs as required, acting as a primary liaison between the client and the hotel to ensure a seamless experience on behalf of the guest. /li /ul h3Collaboration Leadership /h3 ul liAct as a liaison between the three hotels, working between the cluster and on‑site teams with a focus on clear, consistent communication and guest satisfaction. /li liProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends and performance, target account performance, and opportunities for growth. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPossess a minimum of 7 years total experience in hospitality or hotel sales, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liMore than 3 years’ experience in a senior sales role. /li liStrong understanding of the business landscape in the USA and LATAM, including cultural nuances and market trends. /li liFluent in English, Italian, and good Spanish proficiency is a plus. /li liValid Italian work permit or EU citizenship is required. /li /ul pCluster offices are located in the San Babila area, in the heart of Milan. /p pSix Senses is an equal opportunity employer.
