In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial execution with a focus on several specialists. /p pbACCOUNTABILITIES /b /p ul liDeeply understand own therapeutic areas, including the strengths and weaknesses of competing products, and gain insights into the characteristics of the field and centers of expertise. (organization and structure centers; main contact, scientific needs, therapeutic orientations, etc.). /li liSchedule your own business activities consistently with BU objectives, preparing/scheduling interviews / meetings and recording the relevant information collected in order to improve sales effectiveness. /li liProvide daily/monthly reports to the line manager in relation to the performance of the relevant area and the changes taking place and negotiate periodically the action plan to drive BU results. /li liImplement promotional activities for the company’s products, in terms of projects, events, conferences, etc., within budget constraints. /li liDevelop relationship and partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders at local and domestic level to ensure adequate representation of the company and acquire relevant product efficacy data and market information. /li liDevelop, sustain and grow highly effective working relationships with key medical institutions, medical and academic societies. /li liIdentify, develop and foster professional long‑lasting peer‑to‑peer relationships with key physicians, key opinion leaders (KOL) and academic centers and ensure ethical and high‑level exchange of scientific information. /li liComply with the company Compliance Guidelines, Code of Conduct and Promotional Practices. Adhere to Takeda’s Compliance Policies and Procedures. /li liServe as a direct liaison to the Rare Diseases team by providing marketplace intelligence/insights that will influence goals achievement patient strategy/resources and services and promotional strategy/resources. /li liDefine, in partnership with line manager, plans for accounts that flow logically from analysis to strategy to tactics. Adjust tactics to needs of accounts. Use account intelligence to segment and target accounts. Sets clear priorities and stays focused on their delivery. Sets SMART goals/objectives. /li liDrive scientific engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through both traditional and alternative communication channels. /li /ul pThis role is ideal for someone who combines clinical expertise with digital fluency, and who is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance personalized training and continuous learning, field data analysis (trends, opportunities, challenges), segmentation and targeting. /p pbSKILLS and CAPABILITIES /b /p pbEducation: /b /p ul liScientific University Degree qualification according to art. 122 of D.Lgs. 219/2006 or being employed as Medical Rep with a date prior to 6 July 2006. /li liGood written and spoken English is mandatory (at least B2). /li /ul pbExperience: /b /p ul liExperience in rare diseases in hematology (Preferred) or /li liExperience in rare diseases or /li liExperience with complex markets (hospital or ultra specialty settings). /li liSolid experience in promoting pharmaceutical products with high demand of clinical explanation and a proven track of records. /li liPrevious experience in Rare Diseases (specifically in hematology or haemophilia) or in complex contests is a plus.
