We are seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A‑ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAchieves Sales goals defined in coordination with General Manager and Company Sales Team /li liImplements strategies to improve market penetration and sales productivity /li liIncreases sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market areas as stated in the Hotel Business Plan /li liImproves call productivity monitoring and tracking results and analyses sales statistics to formulate profitability /li liReviews market analysis to define client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc /li liNegotiates with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needs /li liMeets the budgeted sales results and profit margins by soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming business /li liPlans for and implements strategies to maintain and increase the volume of business thorough Sales promotion /li liMonitors the Sales' Department's budget, taking corrective actions for any deviation /li liMaintains accurate sales statistics and account records and provides feedback to General Manager on changing market conditions and trends in competition /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQuality management skills are needed /li liSeveral years of sales experience in Italy preferably at a high-level Hotel, as well as an established network in Italy /li liItalian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plus /li liGreat attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills /li liMaster degree preferably /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFull time fix term contract according to C.C.N.L.
