Automation and innovation are part of our DNA, and we are building attractive hospitality solutions that deliver a unique experience to our guests. /p pWe are currently looking for a bBusiness Development Manager – Italy /b to lead Líbere Hospitality’s growth and asset acquisition strategy in the Italian market. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with property owners, developers, investors, and local operators, positioning Líbere as a leading operator in the flex living / aparthotel sector in Italy. This person will act as a brand ambassador in the local market, building strong relationships with key players in the Italian real estate and hospitality ecosystem. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and source assets with potential to operate under the Líbere model (aparthotels, flex living, PBSA) in major Italian cities such as Milan, Rome, Florence, Bologna, Naples, and other strategic locations. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, institutional investors, family offices, and private banking stakeholders in Italy to generate a strong and sustainable pipeline of opportunities. /li liStructure and negotiate management agreements, lease agreements, and other collaboration models with asset owners, in coordination with Líbere’s Finance and Legal teams. /li liAnalyze the Italian flexible accommodation market, demand trends, competitor activity (Joivy, Smart Rentals, Limehome, Bob W, NUMA, etc.), and positioning opportunities for Líbere. /li liCoordinate with technical and operations teams to assess the feasibility of identified projects, contributing business insight during due diligence and investment analysis phases. /li liRepresent Líbere Hospitality at industry fairs, investment forums, and real estate and hospitality events in Italy (MIPIM, EXPO REAL, Hospitality Forum Italia, etc.). /li liPrepare and present tailored commercial proposals for different stakeholders (private owners, institutional funds, private banking), clearly communicating the business model and expected returns. /li liRegularly report to senior management on pipeline status, negotiation progress, and local market trends. /li liContribute to building Líbere’s brand presence in Italy, working closely with the Product and Communications teams. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 ul liA dynamic, international, and fast-paced work environment where innovation and ownership are highly valued. /li liReal impact and autonomy from day one, with the chance to shape Líbere’s growth strategy in Italy. /li liA flexible and collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development. /li liThe possibility to work alongside talented professionals with experience in technology, hospitality, and real estate. /li liCompetitive compensation package and growth opportunities within an expanding international group. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
