Job TitleKey Account Manager ItalyPlease submit your CV in English.Responsibilities Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and European countries, and providing strong service to the accounts.Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and other European countries.Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.Identify and develop key accounts in Italy and European markets, negotiating and following up contracts.Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts.Communicate with customers regarding upcoming projects.Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions.Maintain close relationships and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.Analyze and monitor account data, and develop regular reports on trends.Ensure effective reporting of activities to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.Stay up to date with market information, including competitor and customer benchmarking. Requirements Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within the international PV sector.Bachelor's/master's in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.Proactive self-starter and problem solver.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Innovative, dynamic, and thrives under changing market conditions.Self‐motivated and effective time management.Quick thinker, proactive.Passionate in the industry and able to promote this passion professionally.Flexible to travel.
