Overview
In this role you will own key accounts in the EMEA region, driving revenue growth and profitability. You will align account plans with customer goals and company objectives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver value. You’ll conduct market and customer analysis to identify opportunities and ensure long‑term partnerships. This is a customer‑centric, strategic role that shapes how we serve automotive and embedded customers and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and coordinate company resources
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and share of wallet
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and revenue targets
* Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue
* Drive sales growth by delivering value propositions and solutions
* Conduct regular reviews and joint planning with customers
* Perform account and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Manage and forecast account pipeline, sales results, and revenue growth against targets
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution and customer success
* Work with partners and suppliers to maximize value and market penetration
* Monitor profitability by minimizing margin erosion and maximizing gross profit
* Support contract negotiations and long‑term investment strategies with strategic partnerships
* Lead and finalize price and contract negotiations
* Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and documentation related to account performance
* Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field
* 5-8 years of progressive sales or account management experience in B2B, embedded environment preferred
* Proven experience managing key or strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
* Experience developing and executing strategic account plans and long‑term partnerships
* Strong customer needs analysis, solution‑selling, and contract negotiation skills
* Experience working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners
* Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
* German and English fluency
* Industry experience in automotive is advantageous
* MBA or equivalent preferred
