How you will contribute
1. Developing the Trade Marketing strategy of the brand on a global level, through the definition of guidelines, activities and processes
2. Coordinate Markets and Channels in defining Trade Marketing strategies and plans, with the objective of ensuring the correct coverage and visibility of the brand in accordance with Brand guidelines;
3. Continuous follow-up with Markets and Channels to ensure the implementation and correct execution of Trade Marketing plans agreed with HQ, ensuring the achievement of Trade Marketing objectives and facilitating the sales teams;
4. Monitor Markets and Channels investments on Trade Marketing activities;
5. Share with Markets and Channels best practices of Trade Mktg activities that can be replicated in different geographies and for different Brands;
6. Ensuring that feedback, needs and requests are continuously collected from Markets/Channels, including through travel and visits to local sales teams, outlets and customers;
7. Analysing and sharing with key stakeholders the results obtained at Market and Channel level;
8. Coordinate brand stakeholders on all Trade Marketing activities
9. Promote customer orientation in order to constantly meet their needs, demands and expectations;
10. Lead and coordinate all internal Kering Eyewear stakeholders and external suppliers in the definition and implementation of cross-functional projects (e.g. the Digital Retail Concept) in line with current business needs and future opportunities;
11. Lead and support local teams in the Project Management of cross-functional projects (e.g. the Digital Retail Concept) in line with current business needs and future opportunities;
12. Organise, lead and grow your team, seeking to maximise the results and growth of people within the Group.
Who you are
13. Master’s degree in marketing
14. 5/7 years of experience in similar role
15. Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport
16. An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
17. With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
18. Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
19. A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
20. Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
