* Define mid and long term brand opportunities and priorities
* Analyze consumer behavior and market data to evaluate performance and spot growth areas
* Ideate and validate the three year brand pipeline and concepts
* Own the global positioning, narrative, and pricing strategy of the Lavazza brand
* Define the brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Lead the development of brand communication toolkits, coordinating cross functional teams, guiding local markets in right strategies and marketing plans setting
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of the brand strategy
* Work with global external partners and agencies to bring the brand vision
You have several years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry and a strong passion for brand building.
You’re a strategic thinker with hands on experience in :
* Developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Leveraging industry trends, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to drive brand growth
* Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior using both qualitative and quantitative methods
* Crafting compelling brand messaging and ensuring consistent identity across channels
* Managing product lifecycles and launching new products that meet consumer needs
* Using analytics tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights
