Who you are:
* Curious, open-minded, and guided by strong values
* 5+ years’ experience in luxury dining, with a true feel for fine hospitality
* A natural leader who inspires teams and communicates with impact
* Master of guest relations, fine dining service, and event execution
* Commercially sharp — skilled in budgeting, P&L, and cost control
* Tech-savvy with POS, CRM, and reservation systems
* Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus)
* Detail-driven, guest-focused, and quick to adapt in fast-paced settings
