Sales Manager
Building & Construction
Requirements :
proven experience in complex technical solutions to strengthen the Building & Construction business over all Italian territory (such as Offices, Hotels, Hi-Rise Buildings, Cultural Heritage, etc).
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of fire protection systems with proven sales leadership in complex B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the building/construction market in Italy.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new projects and customers in building construction.
- Work closely and establish strong relationships with design companies, MEP designers, firefighting consultants, end users, public authority, to define and promote compliant and efficient fire protection solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from feasibility study and quotation to deal closure with all involved stakeholders.
Experience
- 7-10 years of work experience in business development & sales activities in active fire protection business
- Proven track record in selling Water Mist, sprinkler, or other active fire protection systems.
- Experience managing complex, consultative B2B sales processes with long decision cycles.
- Established relationships with all stakeholders involved in the sales process (design companies, firefighting consultants, MEP consultants, general contractors, end users, public authority, etc) in the Italian building construction market.

- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background) .
