Global Sr Product Manager Aesthetic Care
A leading Italian pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence is expanding into aesthetic market, bringing a unique portfolio involving proprietary hyaluronic acid based products and autologous biological treatment.
Purpose of the role is to lead Aesthetic Care segment’s portfolio management, developing strategy, improve go-to-market model, support commercialization as well as ensuring continuity of the pipeline with a direct impact in building the franchise’s regional and global presence.
Responsibilities :
* Drive development and execution of Aesthetic Care category’s global strategy
* Lead global portfolio commercialization and planning
* Defines business plans and launch readiness strategies, aligning cross-functional teams.
* Prepare annual operating plan, marketing communication materials and platforms with external agencies
* Oversee claims development for products together with PMs and medical affairs
* Lead design and implementation of customer training programs in collaboration with medical affairs teams and consultant doctors
* Leads the development of patient-centric communication and customer training programs.
* Manages digital ecosystem development with a customer-focused approach.
* Represents the category at medical conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits.
* Drives product development and acquisition decisions for current and future innovations.
* Provides strategic support to affiliate marketing teams and ensures alignment.
* Effectively manages direct reports and cross-functional collaborations.
* Support internal (sales force & distributors) education programs and product trainings as required
Requirements :
* 5 years of experience in product management, with proven success in medical aesthetic portfolio management (dermal filler / aesthetic medicine).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Medical specialties (MBA preferred).
* International experience is a plus.
Compensation :
* Open-ended contract.
* A” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective contract.
* Salary between € 52.000 and € 60.000 and short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives.
