This role is field-driven and requires a hands-on, proactive approach to managing events, building partnerships, and generating organic leads. /p pAdditionally, the Local Marketing Manager will support our expansion by scouting and evaluating real estate opportunities for new GoStudent Tuition Centres. /p pThe ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly organised, and deeply connected to the local community landscape. /p h3Location /h3 pMilan, Italy (On-site) /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Local Marketing Field Activation (≈50%) /h3 pbincl. Digital Local Marketing /b /p ul liPlan and execute local activities: promo stands, school fairs, sports events, open-door days, flyer distribution. /li liBuild relationships with schools, clubs and community partners. /li liRepresent GoStudent on-site and convert interest into leads. /li liManage and optimise Google Business Profiles and local Instagram content. /li liTrack engagement, visibility and lead performance. /li liIdentify, assess and document potential locations for new Tuition Centres. /li liConduct on-site visits to evaluate visibility, accessibility and overall suitability. /li liCoordinate with local real estate agents and landlords. /li liProvide clear recommendations to the Expansion team. /li liAdapt and localise marketing materials for the Italian market. /li liSupport light copywriting for local assets and social content. (i.e. flyers, posters, emails, etc.) /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. /p pProven experience (3+ years) in local marketing, field activation, community outreach, or trade marketing roles. /p pStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. /p pExperience working directly with Sales teams or in field-driven environments. /p pStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities. /p pHands‑on experience in managing digital local channels (Instagram, Google Business Profiles). /p pNative‑level Italian and good English proficiency. /p pComfortable working on‑site the majority of the time and travelling across Milan. /p pStrong networking and representation skills. /p pEntrepreneurial mindset with ownership, resilience, and strong execution focus. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
