Be part of a busy team that provides creative, design and UX support for a variety of products and services produced by CRA for internal and external customersCreate and produce digital assets for a variety of media channels and projects including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin etc); email newsletters, and desktop/mobile websitesCreate motion graphics and animated assets for video, social and digital platforms (After Effects or equivalent)Work within templates for efficient, scalable production outputAdhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlineMotivation to support and maintain style guide, brand identity, and guidelines for internal and partner useCollaborate with web development team to ensure designs are achievable and provide handoff of final deliverables for implementationParticipate in stakeholder meetings to present and inform partners on design process and decisionsAsync communication and proactive status updates required
What They're Looking ForThis is a production-focused digital design role. They're not looking for a purely conceptual designer — they need someone who can execute quickly and consistently within an existing system.Must-have
3+ years of experience in digital / visual design. Can operate within guidelines and systemsStrong proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (for fast production tasks)Experience designing for: Websites / landing pages, Email campaigns, Social mediaUnderstanding of HTML / CSS basics (ability to design feasible layouts)Experience working with templates and design systemsAbility to work independently within an established design system spanning 14 brands, each with distinct visual identities unified under common standardsStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice to have
Motion design skills (After Effects or similar tools)Experience in agency or media environmentsFamiliarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)Experience supporting event or conference brandingUnderstanding of subscription, paid media, or event-driven business models
