Global ProcurementWith the aim of complying with internal procedures to safeguard corporate interests, Global Procurement Department ensures the best conditions for the supply of goods and services, striving to guarantee the highest level of internal customer satisfaction. It conducts its commercial and operational activities with fairness, transparency, traceability, responsibility, and ethics, in collaboration with all other corporate functions. Execute the spend analysis by sub-category and analyse the spend forecast, for possible consolidation and synergies of spend. Guarantee the correct process of supplier engagement and selection (e.g.: RFI, bidding, financial analysis, tendering, offer alignment and evaluation, approval process, rating etc.) Manage the Direct Materials Standard Costs preparation in accordance with Chiesi timeline and procedures.
Guarantee the correct supplier evaluation in accordance with Chiesi Sustainable Procurement guidelines, involving and supporting Operations colleagues in the suppliers evaluation process. Identify area of improvement on quality of services or goods and grant all procedures and policies established by our company are respected.
Manage the Suppliers Portfolio consistently between Supplier Criticality, Sourcing Strategy and Risk Analysis and properly manage the Strategic Suppliers fostering partnership relationship, implementing the specific supplier management governance identified.
Define and monitor KPIs in order to analyse results, define and share corrective actions, keep track of buying performance.
Define, share, negotiate, evaluate and renew Supply Agreements, leveraging on company volumes and guaranteeing the respect of Procurement, Legal and Sustainability guidelines.
Manage and follow-up of industrial purchase orders.
Preparation & management of supplier interviews in collaboration with the internal departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, etc.).
Academic degree in Engineering or Economics.
Proven experience in contract management and supplier negotiations.
Knowledge on SAP ERP system.
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company will be considered a plus.
The selected candidate may choose their base location but will be required to travel periodically to Parma, where the headquarters is located.
